How Club Training Sessions Work
Structured workouts prescribed by your club's coaches — with per-interval targets, automatic Concept2 matching, and coach verification.
What are club training sessions?
Club training sessions are structured workouts created by your club's coaches. Each session specifies a distance or time, target splits, stroke rates, and rest intervals — so everyone in the club rows the same prescribed workout.
Session breakdowns
Sessions can include per-interval targets — distance, time, rest, target split, and stroke rate for each interval. This lets coaches prescribe detailed interval sessions that members follow precisely.
Complete and submit
Row the session on your erg, then submit your result — either via an ErgZone screenshot or automatically through a synced Concept2 Logbook. Your time, distance, and splits are recorded against the session.
Go to Submit TimeCoach verification
Your club manager reviews and approves your session submission. Approved results are visible to your coach in the Club Hub, so they can track who's completing the prescribed training.
Automatic Concept2 matching
If you've connected your Concept2 Logbook, synced workouts are automatically matched to active club sessions based on distance, time, and date — so you might not even need to submit manually.
Connect Concept2Good to know
Club sessions are only visible to members of that club. Coaches can save session templates to reuse them, and sessions can include video links and external erg data references for additional guidance.
