How the Club Hub Works

The Club Hub is your club's private space for challenges, competitions, and training — here's how it all fits together.

1

What is the Club Hub?

The Club Hub is the members-only area where you can see all the challenges, competitions, and training sessions run by your rowing club. It's your one-stop shop for everything club-related on RowVerse.

2

Your club's private space

Each club has its own set of challenges and training sessions that only its members can see and enter. Club-scoped submissions don't appear on the main leaderboards or Monthly Draw — they stay within your club.

3

Club challenges & competitions

Your club managers can create custom challenges and competitions just for your club. These might be distance accumulation goals, single best-time races, or monthly targets — all tracked automatically as you submit results.

Submit club results

When a club session or challenge is active, submit your results the same way you would for a main race — via ErgZone screenshot or a synced Concept2 Logbook. Results are verified by your club manager.

Verified by club managers

Club submissions are reviewed and approved by your club's managers, not the platform admin. This keeps the club community self-governing and responsive.

Good to know

You need to be a member of a club to access the Club Hub. If you don't see any club content, make sure your club manager has added you to the club. Club-only membership (£10/year) gives access to the Club Hub but not main races and leaderboards.
