How to Add a Club
Want to bring your rowing club onto RowVerse? Here's the step-by-step process to get registered and set up.
Go to Register a Club
If your rowing club isn't on RowVerse yet, you can register it. Head to the Register a Club page to start the application.
Register a clubFill in your club details
Provide your club name, region, and a short description. You'll also add your contact details — name, email, mobile, and position at the club — so we can verify the application.
Admin review
Your application is reviewed by the RowVerse admin team. We check that the club is genuine and that the contact details are legitimate before approving.
Become a club manager
Once approved, the person who registered the club becomes its first club manager. As a manager, you can add and remove members, create challenges and training sessions, and verify submissions.

From your Club Manager Dashboard, invite members to join your club. They'll be able to see your club's challenges, competitions, and training sessions in the Club Hub.
About the Club HubGood to know
Only genuine rowing clubs will be approved — make sure your contact details are accurate so we can verify the application. Once approved, you can add additional club managers from your dashboard.
